Product delivery time

・Normal products will be shipped on the same day if the order and payment is received by 3:00 PM. *Other non-eligible products are excluded.

- For pre-order items, we will deliver your product within 7-20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming your payment.

・If you purchase a regular product and a pre-order product at the same time, please note that the shipping date and time will be the same as the pre-order product.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day will be considered for the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.

・We cannot accept requests for delivery date, delivery time, or delivery to a designated location. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please note that the delivery date may be delayed in the following cases.
