As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes regarding returns or exchanges after an order has been received.

Please check the size and color before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via the inquiry form orour official LINE account within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the product is defective, we will provide a refund or exchange.

No customs duties will be charged to you.

If you would like to change your address after placing an order, please contact our customer center directly.

It is not possible to change the address on the site after the product has been shipped.

Even if you order multiple items, we will only ship your order once all items are received.

If you are in a hurry, you can order the item separately and it will be shipped faster than usual.

Shipping

For orders under 15,000 yen, domestic shipping costs 770 yen. *1500 yen for Okinawa Prefecture


Overseas shipping fees: Varies by country. Shipping fees will be reflected at the time of ordering.

*If the total order amount after deducting coupon and point amounts is 15,000 yen or more, or if there is a free shipping campaign, the order will be free of charge.

Regarding packaging materials

EU4RIA is taking the following three steps to "concern for environmental protection " and " control sales prices by reducing sales costs."

①The packaging materials used to ship your ordered items are made from recycled materials that are environmentally friendly.

②We do not attach paper shop tags (hang tags) to avoid excessive packaging.

③In order to protect personal information and promote paperless delivery notes, please confirm the details of your purchase in the email we will send you when your order is complete.

Regarding product packaging, we will deliver the products in a double package, with each individual item wrapped in a shipping bag used to ship the product.

We thank our customers for their understanding and cooperation.

For same-day shipping items, if your order and payment are received by 3:00 p.m., we will ship your item on the same day.
*Other non-eligible products are excluded.

Under normal circumstances, we will deliver your item within 7-20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming your payment.

If you purchase same-day shipping items and regular items at the same time, the shipping date and time will match the regular item.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, your order will be delivered in approximately 3 to 5 days.

Due to the specifications of our order system, products are shipped according to order number.

[Notes regarding delivery]

*Please note that the time from departure of the aircraft to delivery within Japan may vary depending on customs clearance and aircraft operations.

*Please note that for international shipping, it may take some time for the shipping slip number (inquiry number) to be updated on the shipping company's website.

*Due to international shipping, we cannot change the delivery address or date/time after shipment. Once the product has been handed over to the delivery company in Japan, please contact the delivery company and request a change of delivery address or date/time.

*The storage period for delivery companies within Japan is 7 days, including the delivery date.
If you are not at home to receive your item, please contact the contact information listed on the delivery slip.

*If you do not receive your item within 7 days and it is automatically returned to our warehouse, we may charge you fees related to your order, such as payment fees and shipping fees.
Please note that in case of re-shipment, shipping fees and other charges will be borne by the customer.

Since this is international mail, the tracking number will be reflected after customs inspection has been completed.
It will take about 2-3 days for the changes to be reflected.

Generally, the products we handle will go out of stock and be discontinued within a few months of being listed.

Many items are sold out after one season or one production run, so we recommend purchasing any items you are interested in as soon as possible.

If you wish to purchase an item that is out of stock, you can use the "restock request" button on the product page to be notified when it is back in stock.
