Return Policy

Unless there is a defect in the product, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that we have delivered a defective product, please contact us and we will replace it immediately.

*Please note that we cannot cancel your order even if you have not yet received a shipping notification by email, as we have already arranged for the item to be in stock.

Return/exchange eligible items (defective products)

  • The product is defective (torn, holed, broken/missing parts, etc.)
  • There are noticeable stains or large spots on the product
  • The product you received is different from the one you ordered (including the wrong color/size)
  • The product specifications (dimensions, etc.) are clearly different from those listed on the product page.

  • Purchaser's name
  • Your order number (starting with #) (listed in the email)
  • Details of the defective product
  • Photo of the defect
  • A photo of the barcode sticker on the individual packaging bag that the product came in

Not eligible for return or exchange

  • Inconspicuous areas such as the lining, fraying, scratches, stains, improper thread finishing, etc. that do not affect use.
  • Iron-on repairs wrinkles and creases
  • Order mistakes due to customer carelessness
  • The color and size are different from what I imagined
  • What to wear when going out
  • Already washed
  • Items that have been delivered more than 3 days ago
  • No name tags, plastic bags the products came in, etc.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items in the above conditions, so please check carefully before ordering.
