▶Product arrival date

■ Regularly sold products
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Delivery will take approximately 5 days.

*Orders placed on weekends and holidays may be delayed in shipping on the same day.

■ Pre-order items

We expect your order to be delivered within 7 to 20 days.

*Please note that if you purchase a regular product and a pre-order product at the same time, the pre-order products will be shipped together after they arrive.

Depending on your monitor settings, the color of the photo may differ slightly from the actual product.

▶ Regarding out-of-stock items after an order is placed

Our shop has a warehouse overseas and purchases products as soon as an order is placed. The inventory of our products is highly fluid, so they may be out of stock after an order is placed. Please note this in advance. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or has a shipping problem, we will contact you by email.

▶Cancel

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, such as incorrect size or color. Please check the order details before purchasing.

We thoroughly inspect all products, but if you find a defective product, we will replace it.
